What is Kooldwn?
A voice workout tracker and gym log. Say your set between sets, “bench 100 for 8”, and it’s logged in under 350 ms. It keeps your routines, rest timer, history, records and progress.
Which languages does it understand?
Two: Arabic and English. Speak either one, or mix them in the same sentence. The set is logged under the same exercise name either way.
What if it mishears me?
If a weight or exercise sounds wrong, nothing is logged and the app tells you what it heard. When it picks the closest match, the set is logged and labelled so you can review it, edit a number, or say “undo”.
Can I still tap?
Yes. Every action works by touch. Voice is the faster way in, not the only one.
Which devices?
Android and iOS, with companion apps for Wear OS and Apple Watch.
What does a program do?
It runs your training for you: it picks today’s workout from your rotation, raises the weight when you hit the top of your rep range, fills in the weights from your last session, and schedules deload weeks at 60% of the weight. Miss a day and it waits. Start from ten ready-made programs or build your own.
Does it track progress?
Yes. Each exercise and setup keeps its own history, with weight, volume and estimated 1RM records flagged the moment you set them.
When can I use it?
