Delete your account
This deletes your Kooldwn account and everything in it: workouts, routines, programs, body log, photos, voice history and your sign-in. It can’t be undone.
In the app: You → Account → Delete account. No app? Use your email below.
What we keep: if you subscribed, the billing record (plan, dates, store, price and country, without your name or email), for accounting and refunds. If you started a free trial, one-way codes made from your phone’s ID and your email, only so the same phone or account can’t get another trial; they can’t be turned back into either and aren’t linked to you. Usage analytics you allowed stay with our analytics provider until you ask us to remove them through Contact.
Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play? Cancel there too: deleting your account does not stop the store’s billing.
