Say it. It’s logged.
Kooldwn is the gym log you talk to. Say “bench 100 for 8” between sets and it’s logged in under 350 ms. English, Arabic, or both in one sentence.
State-of-the-art voice to action.
Under 350 ms from the end of your sentence to a logged set on screen, about a third of a second.
Log from your wrist.
On Wear OS and Apple Watch. Raise your wrist, say the set, and it lands in the same workout on your phone. The rest timer follows you.
Modern, and easy to read.
Minimal and modern: big type, clear numbers and nothing you don’t need, so you can read your set from arm’s length. Every screen follows the theme you pick.
A plan that runs itself.
Pick a program and Kooldwn rotates your workouts week to week, with deload weeks built in. Hit the top of your rep range and the next weight goes up on its own. Build your own, or start from a ready-made one for new or experienced lifters.
Every lift has a history.
Each exercise and setup keeps its own history. Weight, volume and estimated 1RM records are flagged the moment you set them.
Five themes.
Each one is applied to every screen. Tap one to preview it here.
Everything it does, up close.
How voice logging works, what it tracks for your strength training, and how it compares with the trackers you know.
Questions
Two: Arabic and English. Speak either one, or mix them in the same sentence (“bench press مية كيلو عشر عدات” works). The set is logged under the same exercise name either way.
They run your training: today’s workout is picked from your rotation, the weights come from your last session (hit the top of your rep range and the weight goes up), and deload weeks are scheduled at 60% of the weight. Miss a day and the program waits.
Yes. Every action works by touch. Voice is the faster way in, not the only one.
If a weight or exercise sounds wrong, nothing is logged and the app tells you what it heard. When it picks the closest match, the set is labelled so you can check it. Anything voice does can be undone, with one tap or by saying “undo”.
