Using Kooldwn

You sign in with your Google account, or with a 6-digit code we email you. Keep them secure: you’re responsible for what happens on your Kooldwn account.

Your data

Your workouts belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Kooldwn for you, as the Privacy page describes. You can export or delete them at any time.

Voice

Voice logging can mishear. Check what was logged: anything voice does can be undone with a tap or by saying “undo”.

Training safely

Kooldwn is a logger, not medical advice. Check with a professional before starting a new program, and train within your limits.

Fair use

Don’t try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, and don’t use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.

Subscriptions

Kooldwn is a paid subscription. The plans and their prices are shown in the app before you buy. Google Play takes the payment and bills you, and we never see your card details.

Free trial: you can start one 14-day free trial per phone. A phone that has already had one isn’t offered it again, even on another account or after an account was deleted. If you don’t cancel in Google Play before the trial ends, it becomes a paid subscription at the price shown.

Renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (a month, six months or a year, as you chose) until you cancel. Cancel any time in Google Play; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel it.

Refunds: Google Play takes the payment, so refunds follow Google Play’s policies and go through Google Play.

If your subscription ends, you can still export your data or delete your account.

Codes

A free-access code adds days of access to your account. A discount code lowers the price of your first billing period, and replaces the free trial for that purchase.

A code can be used a limited number of times (a free-access code only once), can expire, and we can revoke it. Codes have no cash value: they can’t be exchanged for money or sold.

Photos

Only add photos you have the right to use, and nothing unlawful. They stay private to you, as the Privacy page describes.

Early access

While Kooldwn is on the waitlist and in early access, features may change or be removed. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Leaving

You can stop using Kooldwn and delete your account at any time from You → Account.

Changes

If these terms change, we’ll update this page and tell you in the app before the changes apply.
