Feedback: an exercise that’s missing, a word Kooldwn mishears, a program you’d like, or anything that slows you down mid-workout.

To get a copy of what we hold about you, have your messages deleted or leave the waitlist, write to us here. We keep your email and your message to reply to you; the Privacy page has the details.

## Who reads it

Kooldwn is made by Abdelrahman Hegab, a software engineer and lifter. Your message goes to him, and the reply comes to the email you give.
